1. The students have to fill the Admission Form enclosed with the prospectus(Prescribed Application Form). It can also be download college website.
2. All columns should be filled by students in prescribed admission form.
3. Put X in the column where it is not applicable.
4. Students seeking reservation are requested to mention clearly their category carefully.
5. The following subjects should be enclosed with the form:-
   • Attested photo copy of D.M.C. previous class(Passed).
   • Attested photo copy of 10th(as a proof of date of birth).
   • Original character certificate of the school last attended.
   • Six photographs(two should be pasted on form and 4 extra).
   • Reserved category students should attach their caste certificate attested by 1st class magistrate.
   • Bank account number,Aadhar card, Residence Proof,SC/BC certificate.
